November 2015 Club Newsletter

Hi everyone!
This will be the last club newsletter of 2015.  Larry would like to thank everyone that has helped him through the last 3 years while he was director then President of the Club. He said he has enjoyed every minute of it.
The Club Christmas party is December 12th at Urbancrest Baptist Church in Lebanon. Please print the RSVP form from our website, www.thefarmclub.org, fill it out and send it along with payment to the address on the form. I must receive them by December 1st. RSVP is required. DON’T FORGET YOUR BINGO GIFT!!!!  If you have any questions about the party contact me at 513-266-7414.
Fred Boehner mentioned at the meeting that there was a tree that needed to be cut down at Richards. We will pick a date for a work detail at the January meeting.  Thank you to everyone that showed interest in helping.

Below is an update on the Club members that were injured or sick.
Ernie McCandless: Ernie is doing very well, he is getting around with just a cane.
Jason Hurst: He is getting better every day.  He is able to travel but he still has restrictions on lifting.
Gerald Brown: Jerry is at Friends Care Community in Yellow Springs. He is able to walk with a walker and is able to petal a therapy bike for several minutes. Jean said he is getting stronger every day.
Donna Rolke: Donna is back home and is getting stronger every day.
Walt Biggs Sr.: Walt is home recovering from surgery.
Mike Lumley:  Mike is suffering with a herniated disc in his back and is waiting on surgery.

Here is a list of the last Club events of the year:
November 21st: Springboro Christmas Parade. Lineup is at 10:45, parade starts at noon. Staging area is at Clearcreek Elementary
November 21st: Light up Goshen, line up at 3:30, staging area is at Marr-
Cook Elementary. Parade starts at 4:00
November 28th: Morrow Christmas on Main. Lineup is at 5:30 parade starts at 6. Staging area is at the old Elementary School on 22/3 in Morrow. Due to changes in parking, the parade will be very short this year. Everyone is welcome and participation is greatly appreciated. You may decorate your tractor.  There will be a tractor display after the parade from 6-8. Contact Gene Bustle at 513-899-3008 if you plan to participate.
